Introduction

All the terms that are in this document (Trading Terms) gets applied to all the translations for the purchase of products and services from our website. By ordering any product or services from our website you would be indicating your acceptance to be bound by all these Trading Terms. The trading terms forms a legal agreement between you and us. It could only be amended with our consent.
We reserve the right and we could change all of the trading terms from time to time prior notice to you. But, we assure you that any such change would not affect any purchases you may have made before the change is implemented.

Ordering

A product advertised for sale on our website could be ordered by you by following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. You can check and update or correct any input errors on your order until the point where you submit your order by clicking on “Place order” button on the checkout page of our website.
All the orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance by us. We may deny or choose to not accept your order for any reason. In these circumstances, we will not be liable to you or to anyone else.
An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you after submitting an order to us. It will contain your order reference and all the details of the product you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and a formation of a contract between us will only take place when we will send you an email confirming about the products you have ordered and are being dispatched to you unless we notified you that we do not accept your order or you at your end may have cancelled the order.
If you have made a order which contains a product or services which are not available or out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by an email or by the telephone to confirm from you how you want to proceed. You may cancel your order or you have the option to wait until the product or service is available from stock.

Prices and payment

The prices of all the products in our website are in US dollars ($). The prices are excluding the sales tax for each state and the shipping charges. After selecting a shipping service from the available option as set out in shipping information, the shipping charges will be added to the total amount due.
Prices of the products may change at any time but not after accepting your order.
Until you have paid for your order in full, we cannot accept it.
If there is an unlikely event that the price of an product has been advertised incorrectly on our website, then we will try to contact you as soon as possible by an email or by the telephone to ask you whether you want to proceed with the order at the correct price or not. If you are not happy to proceed with the price, or we are not able to get any instruction from you we will cancel the order.

Delivery/ Shipping

We will use all reasonable endeavors based on availability and try to deliver the products you have ordered as soon as it would be possible after your order has been accepted by us.
The address specified in your order will be used for delivering your order.
We could not specify the exact timing of delivering your order. A signature may be required by certain deliveries to confirm the receipt.
The products or services ordered become your property and your responsibility once it is delivered and, except in relation to Services that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we would not accept any liability for their loss or damage after they have been delivered to you.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) without giving any reason within fourteen days unless one of the exceptions listed in clause d) of this section. The cancellation period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you acquire the physical possession of the goods. You need to provide us with your full name, address and order reference (if any), and you also have to notify us before canceling your order or to exercise the right to cancel.
To meet the cancellation deadlines, it would be sufficient for you to just send your communication concerning about the cancellation of your order before the cancellation period has been expired.
We will reimburse all payments received from you to you if you cancel your order, including the cost of delivery/shipping. We would always make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as would have used for the initial transaction while ordering the product. Until, we have received our goods back or an evidence of sending back the goods has been given to us by you, we may withhold the reimbursement. On the other hand, you could always ask us to substitute the product rather than providing you with a refund. But, it would only we possible if the product you wish to substitute is of equivalent value to the product or order you are cancelling.

You may not cancel your order if:

If you have taken or captured any audio or a video of the product being getting out of the sealed packing in which the product was delivered to you.
The product has been customized or made as per your own specifications, unless you have been incorrectly delivered or the products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

In case of cancelling an order, all the products in that order should be returned within fourteen days of cancelling your order. You need to follow the following process while returning the products of your order.

The return parcel should be packed securely. You have to ensure to include the note in the parcel or package that would have been included in the package in which your order was delivered to you.
You also need to attach the returns label that would also have been included in the order and return the parcel to us. We suggest you to return the parcel either by the courier or any other form of certified mail.

Your statutory legal rights are not affected by our policy on cancellations.

Faulty Services

If a product is delivered to you and is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund. If you think the product is faulty, you should notify as soon as possible to arrange for the return of product.

Service Information

We have taken all the steps needed responsibly to display all the information of products as accurately as possible like the color of products and the images of the product on our website. However, the actual colors you see onscreen will totally depend on the type of monitor you are using to view it, we cannot guarantee that the monitor which you are using will exactly reflect the color of the product upon delivery.
Any information about the size of the products in on our website is included only as a guide. We recommend you to contact us prior to place an order if you are in a doubt as to the size of the product you require.

Orders for delivery outside the United States

If you want to use or website outside from the United States, you would be responsible for complying with the local laws to the extent that they are applicable.
Before ordering any product for a delivery outside the United States you are advice to contact us before you do so. We may deny or refuse to accept your order. Subject to accepting your order and being able to deliver the services outside the United States may subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for all these charges’ have no control over such charges.

Security

We know that you may have concerns about the security over the internet when you share your personal details to us. But, our website uses a secure server and, TLS and SSL encryption to protect your personal information on our website.
After adding the products when you visit the check-out page, on you are on the screen for entering the billing address, your browser goes into the secure mode at that time. All the data related to your order like your name, address and the card details will all pass on our server in an encrypted format. As soon you will finish up ordering your product, your browser will exit the secure mode.
We never ask nor do we recommend you to not share your payment card details to anyone, including us, by an email. We would not be responsible for any loss that you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by email. All such loss shall be entirely your responsibility.

Our liability

We will not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.
We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that cannot, under English law, be excluded.
Nothing in this section or elsewhere in our Trading Terms affects your statutory legal rights.

General

If there is any part of these trading terms that is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law then, all the other parts of the trading terms will be unaffected and will remain in force.
You and we agree that English law applies to these trading terms. If there would be any dispute between us caused due to these trading terms then that will only be dealt with by the English courts. If you are resident in another part of United States then, the law of that part of United States would be applicable.
